Handwritten answers to a questionnaire (carbon copy on stationery of S.S. McClure, Tribune Building, New York. Questions ask "what is the best play in English language? Caste/Ư best modern English play-written within 50 years? The Henrietta/Ưbest play by an American author? The HenriettaƯWhat characters do you most enjoy acting? Dromio of Syracuse, Sir Andrew Aguecheeck [sic] and Bertie Vanalstyne [sic] ... Whom do you regard as the greatest actor and the greatest actress who ever lived? William H. Crane and Selena Fetter." Answers given would be highly appropriate for Stuart Robson (1836-1903), a comic actor who made a great success with William Henry Crane (1845-1928) in "The Henrietta", a play written for them.
